Shipping policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Food, treats and supplements ship to the United States only.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: 10-20 business days
These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons or due to customs and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more
- Orders under $50: $7.99 to the United States and $9.99 to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple Packages
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2-5 days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows no updates for 10 days, contact us and we will send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
