Shipping

Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Food, treats and supplements ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50: $7.99 in the US and $9.99 to Canada, the UK and Australia.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery takes about 7-15 business days in the US and 10-20 business days to Canada, the UK and Australia.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-5 days to update.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items may ship from different warehouses, so larger orders can arrive separately. Each package has its own tracking number.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
